CLUB FINAL MEETING IS ON TUESDAY, APRIL 17TH AT 7 P.M. IN THE ST. CHARLES COLLEGE AMPHITHEATRE ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PRESENT.
*All rosters are now final. New players cannot be added or signed.
*All fines must be paid to keep teams and players in GOOD STANDING with the Club. Otherwise teams risk DEFAULTS.
- Late Registrations will still be taken at Skaters Edge ( who bought out Just Soccer) at 1113 Lasalle Blvd (705-566-1422) until the 2ND PLAYING WEEK IN FEBRUARY 2012 (spaces permitting: contact us first). Ask for Vincze Paparo at Skaters Edge. *Please support Skaters Edge who have now got / are getting in their full stock of equipment for Indoor soccer for all ages, skills, dreamers and pocket books.

All Houseleague Players / Parents: Please return the jerseys from last indoor season ASAP (if you did not make the final games), to BMI (formerly Just Soccer ) on Lasalle at Auger or to the St. Charles College Science Department or at Skaters Edge. We need the jerseys for this season and to help us keep costs down in the future, as we do not get new sponsors each year.
Contact us soon if you know someone who would like to sponsor a team ($300 per year/ $500 for two years), or if you would like to advertise in the Soccer Center for the season.
Costs / Fees for the 2011/2012 Indoor Soccer Season:
1. Registration Fee per player: $185.00 (with family discounts for Youth siblings ($10.00 off per child) registering at the same time). 2. Registration on a 2nd Team: $135.00 (error corrected). There is a limit to the number of players that can play down a division on the same team. Important Registration Regulations - During your registration, proof of age is required. All Houseleague players will get a free evaluation clinic at the beginning of the season and two or more additional free skills clinics during the season.
- Only cash and cheques will be accepted.
- Those registrants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, in order to sign the registration forms and waivers for their minor(s).
- All Club players must register with their Coach(es) or Team(s). - Any players wanting to participate in the Club Division who do not have a team may sign up at one of the registration dates below, ensuring everything required is submitted. S.C.C.S.I.S.C. will attempt to find them a team and fully refund them if unsuccessful by week 2 of the regular season.
- All Club teams must pay a $100 bond (refundable at end of season) and a $100 Team Fee to obtain a registration package.
- New Club teams should e-mail the Club (sccsoccer@hotmail.com ) before the pre-season meeting in order to obtain a registration package and to pay team fees / bonds.
- Club teams will have until the deadline to get all their players fully registered. The DEADLINE will be strictly adhered to and the late fee will then apply. Teams not in by the deadline will not be allowed to participate in pre-season tournaments.
- Each Club player must submit with their completed registration form / fees: a) a digital passport sized photo with their name printed underneath (Adult Club teams only) b) signed Waiver Forms (signed by parent if under 18)
- Club Teams need a minimum of 12 signed players (up to 2 can be "prepaid" and named later) and must have a "Coach or Team Representative" to represent the team at three Club meetings (Oct.'11 / Feb.'12 / Apr.'12). This person must be familiar with the SCCSISC Constitution and Playing Regulations. Club teams must provide their own unique-numbered and color-approved jerseys.
3. Club Team Bond: $100.00 (refundable or held over at the end of the season). 4. Club Team Fee: $100.00 per team (must be maintained at this amount for the entire season). NOTE: The above two fees must be submitted to the Club by new teams to secure a registration package.
If Do Not have a Player's Book - (Adult Men/Women Club Players only): Please submit to your team rep a digital recent passport size photo (head shot). Team Reps please secure digital copies of passport size photos for each of your players. We may use these instead of player books and insert them on a template. All Youth Club teams wishing to participate in the Ontario Indoor Cup must submit their player books by the start of December. 5. Any NSF Cheques: $25 The player will be ineligible to play until registration fee and fine (in cash or certified cheque) are paid in full. 6. Three Yellow Cards: $10 fine 7. Red Card: $20 fine (There may be additional discipline / fines depending on the severity of the infraction) 8. Missed Club Meeting: $25 fine 9. Late Fees: $10 per player (after registration deadline of October 16th, 2011). 10. All discipline will follow OSA Policies and Procedures. 11. Club teams are accepted on a first come / first paid fully / first served basis, and all must be voted into the Club at the AGM in October
Divisions being Offered this year: We are offering 14 divisions for the 2011-2012 season. They will run based on demand. Age groups may be reorganized following final registrations. Please note: (H) = Houseleagues (C) = Club Leagues
1. H8U Mixed Division * still some spaces left -Registrants can be male or female and must be born between January 1st, 2004 and December 31st, 2005. -Games for this division take place on Saturdays between either 8am to 1pm or 3pm to 8pm
2. H11U Mixed Division *very few spaces left -Registrants can be male or female and must be born between January 1st, 2001 and December 31st, 2003. -Games for this division take place on Saturdays between either 8am to 1pm or 3pm to 8pm.
3. H14U Mixed Division *very few spaces left -Registrants can be male or female and must be born between January 1st, 1998 and December 31st, 2000. -Games for this division take place on Saturdays between either 8am to 1pm or 3pm to 8pm.
 4. C10U Mixed Division *not running in 2011/2012 season -Registrants must be born between January 1st, 2002 and December 31st, 2003. -Possible teams can be either mixed or all girls. -Games for this division take place on Saturdays between either 8am to 1pm or 3pm to 8pm. -Based on demand, 4 teams required. Players register with a coach / as a Club team.
5. C12U Mixed Division *not running in 2011/2012 season -Registrants must be born between January 1st, 2000 and December 31st, 2001. -Possible teams can be either mixed or all girls. -Games for this division take place on Saturdays between either 8am to 1pm or 3pm to 8pm. -Based on demand, 4 teams required. Players register with a coach / as a Club team.
6. C14U Mixed Division *full: signup in houseleagues for tryouts -Registrants must be born between January 1st, 1997 and December 31st, 1999. -Possible teams can be either mixed or all girls. -Games for this division take place on Saturdays between either 8am and 1pm or 3pm and 8pm. -Based on demand, 4 teams required. Players register with a coach / as a Club team.
7. H/C18U - Highschool Division *still some spaces left -Registrants must be born after January 1st, 1993. -Possible teams can be either mixed or all girls. Club Players register with a coach / team (who must apply to join this division) - Games for this division take place on Mondays between 5pm and 10pm.
8. Women's 1st Open Club Division *8 teams in (of 8) -Can include women of all ages. Players register with a coach / as a Club team. -Games for this division take place on Sundays between 3pm and 11pm.
9. Women's 2nd Open Club Division *8 teams in (of 8) -Can include women of all ages. Players register with a coach / as a Club team. -Games for this division take place on Sundays between 3pm and 11pm. 10. Men's 1st Open Club Division *4 teams in (of 4) -Can include men of all ages. Players register with a coach / as a Club team. -Games for this division take place on Tuesdays between 6pm and 11pm.
11. Men's 2nd Open Club Division *14 teams in (of 14): ONE STILL NEEDS PLAYERS -Can include men of all ages. Players register with a coach / team. -Games for this division take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6pm and 11 p.m.
12. Men's 3rd Open Club Division *not running in 2011/2012 season -Games for this division take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6pm and 11 p.m -Based on demand, 4 teams required. Players register with a coach / as a Club team.
13. H/C 35+ Men's Division *not running in 2011/2012 -Registrants must be male and born on or before December 31st, 1976. -Games for this division take place on Fridays between 7pm and 11pm.
14. H/C 19+ Mixed Division *3 teams in (of 4) -Registrants can be male or female and must be born on or before December 31st, 1993. Must be two females on at all times (3 if 7v7). -Games for this division take place on Fridays between 9pm and 11pm or Saturdays between 8pm and 10pm.

NOTICE: Sunday, October 16th, 2011 is the FINAL REGISTRATION and DEADLINE for all Club teams. Club teams completely ready to register earlier than this deadline can make arrangements to do so by contacting Lloyd Rebeiro. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted. All players must register on or before the Final Registration date to avoid a late fee**. ** - A Late Fee of $10 per player will be charged to all club and house division registrants who fail to register by the 16th of October, 2011 DEADLINE. - Players remain unregistered until everything required by the Club is submitted. Club Rosters are final in the second playing week in February.
Other Important Dates and Deadlines
- The Pre-season '12 Club Coaches Information Meeting is on Wednesday, September 28th, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the St. Charles College Amphitheatre on the 2nd floor. Teams wishing to join should have a team rep. contact the Club before this date by e-mail.
- The SCCSISC Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday, Oct. 26th, 2011, in the St. Charles College Auditorium AT 7 P.M. on the 2nd floor. All club teams must have a representative present at this and two other Club meetings: Wednesday February 8th @ 7 P.M. and Tuesday, April 17th @ 7 p.m. at St. Charles College in the Auditorium
- The Season start dates for the various divisions will all shown on the individual schedules, available after the Club AGM on Oct. 26th. Please note that: => Houseleague Youth Divisions will begin with an Evaluation Clinic in early November. *Schedules will be posted on this site/handed out on that date, and Coaches will call to advise the team name & game time for each player => All Adult Club divisions will begin with a pre-season tournament. => All other divisions will begin their regular seasons.
